Marazion Shawl Kit

This Kit makes a fantastic large and colourful shawl, perfect for all year round.  The kit contains all you need to create the shawl with a project bag and a wonderful Tulip Etimo Rose Crochet hook.

Product contents: GamerCrafting 4ply/fingering/sock weight yarn, 1 x 100g/400m, 14 x 20g/160m, 75% Superwash Merino/25% Nylon yarn.

2 x Tulip Etimo Rose Crochet Hook 3.5mm and 4.5mm

The yarn has been specifically dyed to the Crochet Chains specifications, and includes 2 x 20g in 7 colours, and a border colour which has spots of each of the 7 colours on a Navy background. The yarn has a good twist which makes it ideal for crochet, and is a soft feeling but hardwearing combination of fibres.

The Shawl is more complex than the others in The Crochet Chain range, but it would be an interesting challenge for the adventurous beginner.  The pattern has photo tutorials and a link to a video tutorial.   It has tables that you can check off to keep track of where you are.  It is worked in sections to start that decrease as you work them, with a border between, a large feather and fan border and a flared border too.

Included in the kit is a lovely cotton tote bag which is large enough to hold your kit with the pattern, and two high-quality crochet hooks from Tulip.  These hooks have ergonomic handles, and a smooth aluminium hook which makes crocheting a joy!
